While many of us naturally focus on patient satisfaction, many lose sight of how satisfied HCPs are leveraging manufacturer support for their patients – without HCP involvement, overall utilization would be almost non-existent. We take a look at how HCPs view manufacturer support programs through our survey of over 1,400 providers and how a company can better understand where they might sit within our support capabilities maturity model.
