Director of Operations Management
With more than 20 years’ experience in the contact center industry, Alexander Vinicombe, has held varying leadership roles, ranging from contact center operations management to call center technology support and design. Over the years he has managed projects in contact center design, IVR automation, social media marketing and workforce management. He joined the specialty pharmacy industry 7 years ago and has been with PerformSpecialty since its inception in 2014. As Director of Operations Management, for PerformSpecialty, he is responsible for the Contact Center, Data Analytics and Technology initiatives. Vinicombe holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology/Psychology from Saint Joseph’s College New York.
