Executive Director, Drug Use Management and Outcomes Research National Pharmacy Services
Kim Le, Pharm.D. is the Executive Director of Drug Evaluation, Strategy, and Outcomes for Kaiser Permanente National Pharmacy Services across the eight US regions. Kim provides oversight and direction for following areas: Drug Intelligence and Strategy, Drug Use Management, Pharmacy Outcomes Research Group, Pharmacoeconomics and Pharmacogenomics. Kim has a wide range of pharmacy leadership experience, from her experiences as a Director of Pharmacy and Investigational Drug Services for USC Norris Cancer Hospital, Director of Value Engagement at Tesaro and Health System Medication Safety and Informatics Officer for the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services. She began her pharmacy clinical career as an oncology pharmacist at Saint Joseph Hospital. Kim has developed expertise in pharmaceutical budgeting and forecasting, formulary development, pharmacy operations, investigational drugs, and the development and implementation of models for tracking and assessing drug use effectiveness and affordability. Kim received her Doctor of Pharmacy and Bachelor of Science from Washington State University and completed a pharmacy residency at Desert Regional Medical Center.
