Asembia's AXS27 Summit will return to Wynn & Encore Las Vegas.

The best way to secure accommodations within the official AXS27 hotel block is to register early and reserve your room through the hotel booking link included in your registration confirmation email.

Due to exceptionally high demand, the discounted conference rate is available on a first-come, first-served basis and frequently sells out in advance of the Summit. Once the discounted inventory is exhausted, rooms may still be available at Wynn's prevailing rates.

Hotel Availability Update

Availability within the AXS27 room block at Wynn & Encore Las Vegas is currently limited on Sunday and Wednesday nights, with higher prevailing rates displaying for those dates. Registered attendees may contact registration@asembia.com for access to our overflow room block at The Palazzo, conveniently located just a short walk away.

Meeting Suite Information

Official Wynn & Encore Meeting Suites

To be recognized as an official AXS27 meeting suite and gain access to Asembia's Meeting Suite Management process, attendees must:

  • Be registered for AXS27
  • Reserve a qualifying suite within the official AXS27 room block
  • Comply with all meeting suite guidelines and event policies

New for AXS27: Please note that Wynn & Encore are no longer able to move or remove furniture within the Villas, Encore Salons, Apartments or Duplex suites. When selecting your meeting suite, please ensure that the existing room layout and furnishings meet your requirements.

Meeting suites are in extremely high demand and historically sell out early. We strongly encourage companies planning customer, partner, or internal meetings during the Summit to secure accommodations as soon as possible.

Hotel Deposit & Cancellation Policy

All hotel rooms and suites reserved within the official AXS27 block require a deposit equal to two (2) nights' room and tax at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy Reservations cancelled fewer than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the two-night deposit.

 Room rates and availability are subject to change based on inventory and booking demand.

Private Meetings, Dining & Hospitality Events

Off-Agenda Event Approval Required

To maximize the attendee experience and avoid conflicts with official AXS27 programming, all off-agenda events require prior written approval from Asembia.

Examples include:

  • Private receptions
  • Restaurant buyouts
  • Hospitality events
  • Meeting rooms
  • Networking functions
  • Private dining experiences

Requests must include:

  • Event name
  • Date
  • Start and end time
  • Location
  • Expected attendance

All events hosted at Wynn-owned restaurants during official Summit dates must receive advance approval.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in registration cancellation and/or restrictions on future participation.

Recommended Travel Schedule

Arrival

We recommend arriving on Sunday, April 25, 2027 to:

  • Pick up your badge before peak registration periods (registration open 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM PT)
  • Set up exhibit booths
  • Conduct team meetings
  • Participate in pre-conference activities

Departure

We recommend departing at leisure on Thursday, April 29, 2027, allowing you to fully participate in:

  • Educational sessions
  • Private business meetings
  • Exhibit hall activities
  • Networking events
  • Closing reception activities (the closing reception at the exhibit hall ends at 6:00 PM PT on Wednesday, April 28, 2027)
