Exhibitor Personnel

All exhibiting company personnel, including booth staff and Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EACs), must be registered and wear an official AXS27 attendee badge to access the exhibit hall during event hours.

Important Registration Information

AXS27 does not offer:

  • Single-day registrations
  • Exhibit hall-only passes
  • Session-specific access
  • Private meeting room-only registrations
  • Partial conference registrations

All registrations are considered full-access registrations and are required to participate in any Summit activities.

Registration Rates

Asembia GPO Member Pharmacy Registration

Special discounted registration rates are available for qualifying Asembia Pharmacy GPO members. Discounted pricing applies only to pharmacies that participate as exclusive or primary members of the Asembia Pharmacy GPO Program. Eligible discounts will automatically appear on the registration summary page during checkout. Early-Bird Registration

Early-bird registration rates are available online through October 16, 2026. After that date, advance registration rates will apply.

Advanced Registration

Advanced registration rates are available online October 17, 2026 – April 23, 2027. After that date, onsite registration rates will apply.

Onsite Registration

Onsite registration will be available beginning April 25, 2027.

Registration Transfers

If you are unable to attend, one registration transfer is permitted within the same company.

Transfer Guidelines:

  • One transfer allowed per registration
  • Transfers must be submitted using the official transfer form
  • Transfer requests must be received by April 16, 2027
  • Transfers will not be processed onsite

Please note that transferring a conference registration does not automatically transfer hotel reservations, flights, or other travel arrangements.

Registration Cancellation Policy 

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are considered effective on the date received.

Cancellation Deadline

Attendees who cancel by March 1, 2027, will receive a refund less a $300 administrative processing fee.

After the Cancellation Deadline

Due to contractual commitments and event planning obligations, refunds cannot be issued after the cancellation deadline, regardless of circumstances, including:

  • Travel disruptions
  • Weather-related issues
  • Schedule conflicts
  • Personal emergencies
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Please note that cancelling your Summit registration does not automatically cancel hotel or travel reservations.

Meeting Suites & Hotel Accommodations 

To be recognized as an official AXS27 meeting suite and gain access to Asembia's Meeting Suite Management process, attendees must:

  • Be registered for AXS27
  • Reserve a suite within the official AXS27 hotel block
  • Follow all meeting suite and event policies

Meeting suites are highly sought after and typically sell out early.

We strongly encourage companies planning customer, partner, or internal meetings during the Summit to register early and secure accommodations as soon as possible.

Once the official room block reaches capacity, Wynn & Encore may continue offering available rooms and suites at prevailing market rates, which may vary by night based on demand and availability.
